Our Wedding Day
Wedding season is upon us and oh my if you are yet to get married have a seat this one is specially for you. But on a side note some of you will end up here because either you are a bride to be, an avid follower of my fashion blog or just nosey! lol. Theres nothing wrong with being nosey. However you may leave this post having learnt a thing or two on style and glamour but on a #babeonabudget level.
It's no secret I got married about a month ago. And to celebrate my Blog officially turning 1 year Old this week, and our 3 years together since James and I met. How about I share a few tips on my style steals for our wedding?
Accessories - I kept my jewellery very simple and affordable. Jon Richards was my go to brand for my choker and earrings and bracelet for the day. Choker here , Bracelet here
Bridesmaids jewellery also from Jon Richards here
Shoes - Crossfiliketa Pumps from Christian Louboutin were comfortable and I could wear after my wedding day.
Cheaper yet similar style heels here
If the Chi Chi London price tag is a bit above budget, fear not I got you here
Junior bridesmaids dresses were from Monsoon.
Evening dress - I definitely had to change into something less bulky in the evening. A simple tulle lace skater dress from House of Maguie only cost me about £50 (sale price). I just kept my veil on So I aint "lost" in the crowd haha.
Wedding gown - I managed to get a gown, underskirt, hairpiece and veil for less than £1000. The veil was bought separately from a local bridal shop, the rest was from in store ready to wear Bridal brand Wed2B. Gown was by designer Anna Sorrano. I mentioned on a previous blog im not going to go broke for an "#instgrammable gown" that will be worn once or twice. Brides to be, settle for a gown that makes you happy!
